Ione, California 95640 866-915-0777 Harrah's Northern California is a $168 million casino located in Amador County. It opened to the public on April 29, 2019 and celebrated its Grand Opening on May 17, 18 and 19. I came to Harrah's Northern California yesterday since this was a 3-day weekend. As a Caesars Rewards Member I went there to get points. However another way to get points besides gambling is dining. After gambling I came to Louis Oliver's for dinner. I wasn't expecting much from the restaurant as the casino opened last month.
